Who is the seller and merchant of record?
AQP Labs is the seller and merchant of record for every purchase on this site. Charges appear under our name (or our payment processor's descriptor), and we handle receipts, delivery, refunds, and support.
How does payment work?
You pay on a secure hosted checkout run by our payment processor. Card details never touch our servers, and your receipt will be sent by email after the payment is confirmed. Prices are shown in USD.
Which purchases are subscriptions, and how does renewal work?
Hosted Invoicing ($49 /mo) is a recurring subscription. It renews automatically each billing period until you cancel, and access continues through the end of the paid period.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Use the self-service Manage subscription page: verify the email address on your receipt and cancel or resume in a few clicks. Cancel anytime before the next renewal to avoid further charges; access generally continues through the end of the paid period.
What is the refund policy?
For one-time purchases, request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the digital product or service was not delivered, was materially defective, or did not match its description. We respond to refund requests within 2 business days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
How is my order delivered?
Everything sold on this site is digital software or services, delivered electronically. Your emailed receipt confirms the order; access or onboarding details follow to the same email address.
What about sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated and shown during checkout. Tax handling: applicable sales tax is calculated automatically and collected at checkout, and the seller remits it where required.
