You may not use AQP Labs’s website, checkout, or purchased services to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, sanctions program, or card-network rule;
  • Engage in fraud, identity theft, phishing, or unauthorized access;
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
  • Distribute malware, spam, or abusive content;
  • Resell or misuse any credentials, API keys, or licensed software we provide beyond the purchased scope;
  • Interfere with site security, rate limits, or other customers’ use.
